Technical Information

All schools within the Keewatin-Patricia District School Board have been equipped with hybrid learning technology, allowing classrooms to connect seamlessly with virtual learning opportunities. The camera is mounted on the ceiling at the back of the classroom, while SMART Boards are used to display and interact with virtual sessions. Because the microphones are integrated into the classroom setup, it can sometimes be challenging for virtual presenters to hear student comments and questions clearly. To help ensure meaningful interaction, we encourage teachers to repeat or relay student responses whenever possible.
